Eric brings a diverse blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role as the Vice President for Customer Experience and Support at Eulap. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, majoring in Information Technology from De La Salle University. Eric is a certified Java Programmer and holds additional certifications in digital advertising.
Since joining Eulap in 2013, Eric has played a crucial role in developing cloud-based systems and customer loyalty programs, showcasing his deep knowledge of multiple programming languages and cloud platforms. His previous roles include co-founding SCDL Social Media Management Inc., where he spearheaded the development of responsive and e-commerce websites, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Groova, focusing on cutting-edge Android applications.
Eric’s leadership at Eulap is characterized by his dedication to refining customer service frameworks, ensuring that technology solutions are closely aligned with user needs and enhance customer satisfaction. His extensive background in system administration, combined with a proactive approach to customer experience, positions him as a pivotal figure in driving Eulap’s operational success.
