Eulap Digital Corporation has officially entered into a partnership with Data Lake Inc., the authorized reseller of Starlink in the Philippines, to bring reliable, high-speed satellite internet to underserved communities across Mindanao. The ceremonial signing was held at Tryp by Wyndham Hotel, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
Present from Data Lake Inc. were David Joseph Tanael (President and CFO), Jose Cobarrubias (Chief Operating Officer), Michael Bell (Director), Lyn Tal Placido (Sales Head), and Jan Llamado (Marketing Lead). From Eulap were Lemuel Javellana (President and CEO), Kristine Javellana (Vice President for Administration), Eric Niño San Gabriel (Vice President for Customer Experience), and Clint Junsay (Vice President for Marketing and Communications).
“This is Eulap’s effort towards a more connected Mindanao,” said Lemuel Javellana. “It is not just a project. It is a partnership for impact.”
Clint Junsay added, “This is more than just connectivity. This is about bridging possibilities to the unreachable. I was born and raised in a far-flung area of South Cotabato. Back then, the idea of streaming a class, sending a resume online, or running a business from a remote sitio felt impossible. But today, through this partnership, we are not just delivering internet. We are delivering access to education, to livelihood, to hope. We are giving a student the power to learn beyond the walls of a classroom, a farmer the ability to tap into digital markets, and a small-town dreamer the tools to connect with the world. Imagine the lives we can change when we bring the future closer to those who have always been out of reach.”
With Starlink’s cutting-edge low Earth orbit satellite technology and Eulap’s commitment to grassroots digital transformation, this partnership aims to close the connectivity gap for local governments, schools, cooperatives, and micro to medium-sized businesses in remote and underserved regions.
This collaboration is a bold step toward building a future where every Filipino, regardless of location, has access to the digital tools they need to thrive.
