To mark its 14th anniversary, Eulap Digital Corporation has announced a significant salary increase for employees across several departments. Team members from core functions such as Technology, Operations, Support, and other non-sales roles will receive adjustments ranging from 23% to 74%, effective October 15, 2025, based on tenure and skill set.
This move reflects Eulap’s continued investment in its people and its commitment to building a workplace where loyalty, performance, and growth are meaningfully rewarded.
“For us to execute our long-term vision successfully, we need our key people to stay,” said Lemuel Javellana, CEO of Eulap. “As the company grows, I want our team to grow with it, not just in title or responsibility, but in their financial capacity as well. This salary increase is about creating shared success and building a future together.”
Shared Success and Collective Growth
Founded in 2011 in a modest attic in Parañaque City, Eulap has since grown into a nationwide provider of software solutions. The company now supports over 22,000 system users, 500 client companies, and operates from its office in South Cotabato. From empowering MSMEs to developing enterprise-level systems, Eulap continues to play a central role in digital transformation across the Philippines.
The salary adjustment applies to a significant portion of the organization but does not include the sales team. This strategic move is designed to strengthen retention within key technical and operational roles, particularly as competition for skilled professionals continues to rise. Eulap remains committed to supporting all departments with fair, role-specific compensation programs.
What Employees Are Saying
Ronald Tomas, a long-time team member who has been with Eulap for 11 years, welcomed the announcement with appreciation and a laugh.
“Before, my salary went straight to bills and essentials. Now, I can finally budget for the things I want, not just what I need,” he said. “It really feels like Eulap has leveled up. The company is more structured now, like a real player in the corporate world.”
Looking ahead, Ronald said he looks forward to more customers, stronger collaboration among teammates, better communication, and more fun team buildings.
For Christian Dorego, a Systems Analyst who joined Eulap straight out of college, the raise is deeply personal.
“Eulap gave me my first real job. I started as a QA tester and now I’m a Systems Analyst. I’m finally applying what I learned in school and building a career I can be proud of,” he shared.
“But the best part? I can now help out at home. I can contribute to our household expenses and finally begin to repay the sacrifices my parents made for me. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s a real fulfillment. That feeling, being able to give back, means everything to me.”
Looking Ahead
Eulap’s leadership sees this salary increase as part of a broader, long-term effort to build a workplace where employees choose to stay. Not just for compensation, but for purpose, culture, and career growth.
The company continues to invest in people through training, mentorship, and programs that support work-life balance, collaboration, and personal development. With new product launches ahead, ISO certification processes underway, and a growing base of clients, Eulap enters its 15th year with renewed purpose and momentum.
As the company grows, so do the people behind it. That is the vision Eulap is committed to making real.
