Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, or related fields.
- CPA license is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in software, fintech, or B2B environments.
- Familiarity or experience working with accounting firms or in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Filipino, and at least one major Mindanao regional language (e.g., Cebuano).
- Networking and relationship-building skills, especially with decision-makers in accounting firms.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mindanao.
- Has a strong understanding of Eulap’s product suite or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
- Values integrity, professionalism, and long-term partnerships.
- Must be goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
