Eulap Steps onto Global Tech Stage at AWS Roadshows in Davao and Cebu

Davao City and Cebu City, Philippines – The momentum toward a cloud-powered future surged as Amazon Web Services (AWS) brought together industry leaders, public sector changemakers, and digital pioneers during two major events: the AWS Digital Economy Roadshow in Davao and the AWS Geo Expansion PH 2025 Roadshow in Cebu. Held on June 17, 2025, at Dusit Thani, Davao City, the AWS Digital Economy Roadshow gathered a powerhouse lineup of voices committed to accelerating the country’s digital transformation. Sessions tackled practical strategies around cloud modernization, generative AI, cybersecurity, and treating data as a valuable product in building smarter, more responsive governance. Eulap Digital Corporation proudly represented Mindanao’s growing innovation ecosystem. Lemuel Javellana, President and CEO of Eulap, joined the stage alongside speakers from AWS ASEAN, Cisco, VSTECS, Fortinet, and others to discuss how regional players are driving nationwide impact. His message was clear: digital transformation is no longer a future ambition—it is today’s responsibility. Just over two weeks later, the spotlight turned to Cebu City as the AWS Geo Expansion PH 2025 Roadshow went live on July 3, 2025, at Holiday Inn Cebu City. The event gathered developers, enterprise leaders, and technology advocates to explore AI integration, advanced cloud architecture, data analytics, and security frameworks tailored to Philippine realities. Javellana once again represented Eulap at the high-level panel titled “The Future is Now: Cebu’s Big Leap into the Digital Economy.” As one of the key panelists, he shared how Eulap’s smart, scalable, and secure systems are enabling organizations—especially in underserved regions—to participate fully in the country’s digital shift. Eulap’s involvement in both events signals more than just presence. It reflects the company’s growing influence in the national tech dialogue and its dedication to shaping a digitally inclusive and innovation-driven Philippines. The energy from both roadshows was unmistakable. These weren’t just conferences—they were calls to action. With partners like Eulap stepping up, the digital economy is no longer a distant goal. It is being built, city by city, with local vision and global collaboration.   Photos provided by AWS Philippines and VSTECS.

Lemuel Javellana, Eulap CEO, Spotlights Mindanao’s Digital Acceleration at AWS Roadshow

Davao City — At the DusitD2 Hotel this June 17, Lemuel Javellana, President and CEO of Eulap Digital Corporation, delivered a compelling address during the AWS and VST ECS “The Future is Now” roadshow, highlighting the dynamic evolution of Mindanao’s digital economy. Representing a company proudly rooted in Mindanao, Javellana opened with a powerfulmessage: software should simplify lives, not complicate them. Eulap, through its flagship ERP product, has embodied that belief by developing systems that are tailor-made for Philippine businesses. Fully compliant with the BIRs Computerized Accounting System (CAS) and Electronic Invoicing System (EIS), Eulap ERP offers a streamlined, cloud-based platform hosted on AWS — secure, scalable, and easy to use, especially for MSMEs. Javellana’s insights into Mindanao’s digital landscape were clear: cloud adoption, real-time data demands, regulatory compliance, and improved connectivity are converging to fast-track transformation across the region. He emphasized that the shift to digital is already in motion — not just a forecast. With tools like low-earth orbit satellite internet finally connecting underserved communities, the digital divide is narrowing, giving rise to empowered local enterprises. Tracing Eulap’s journey from its founding in 2011, Javellana highlighted the company’s early bet on cloud infrastructure and its commitment to inclusivity — designing systems that work as effectively in rural areas as they do in urban centers. The firm’s current push into generative AI, beginning with national award-winning medical research, is now translating into ERP tools that help clients interpret data, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights. As a closing thought, Javellana urged organizations to begin their transformation journey with compliance — the highest-stakes area — and to select partners who are committed for the long haul. “Digital transformation,” he noted, “shouldn’t feel like a burden. With the right support, itbecomes progress.” Eulap’s presence at the event not only reinforced its leadership in Philippine tech innovation but also reaffirmed its mission: to be the trusted growth partner for enterprises moving forward into a digital future. https://vimeo.com/1094001305

She Codes the Future: Bridging the Gender Gap in Tech, One Story at a Time

In a world rapidly shaped by innovation, coding, and connectivity, one truth stands clear—the future of technology must be inclusive. As part of its Women’s Month initiative, Eulap Digital Corporation led a meaningful dialogue through a special event entitled “She Codes the Future: Lead, Innovate, Inspire” held at Green Valley College Foundation on March 22, 2025. The program featured a panel of exceptional women whose stories, leadership, and lived experiences painted a powerful picture of what it means to be a woman in tech today. Moderated by Clint Junsay, Eulap’s Vice President for Marketing and Communications, the panel opened a conversation that many young women in the audience needed to hear. “The tech industry is not exclusive for men,” Junsay said.“Women can take up space—and make it big here. That’s what today is about: recognizing that intelligence, leadership, and innovation are not defined by gender. They are defined by purpose, vision, and heart.” The forum drew students, educators, digital professionals, and advocates who gathered to listen, learn, and engage. Each speaker brought something unique to the conversation—different paths, different perspectives, but one shared mission: to dismantle the barriers that have long defined tech as a male-dominated field. Among the panelists were: Roxanne Calo, Information Technology Officer of SDO Koronadal City Division, who highlighted the crucial role of public institutions in opening digital pathways for girls in basic education. Arianne Cari-an, Software Engineer I at Eulap, whose early exposure to coding blossomed into a promising career—a reminder of how access and encouragement at a young age can change a life. Lourdes Rendon, CEO of Netspot Direct Corp., who shared her journey from startup founder to tech executive, challenging the stereotype that women cannot lead in high-stakes tech environments. Regine Palara, IT Faculty at Green Valley College, who spoke about her experiences in academic technology, and how she encourages her female students to stay curious and confident. Hannah Parcon, IIDB Focal Person of DICT Region XII, who shed light on government efforts to promote gender inclusivity and innovation-driven programs across the country. Fransie Montiel, Senior Software Engineer at Eulap, who shared her growth from backend development to leading software projects with impact—proof that leadership begins with quiet excellence. More than a forum, “She Codes the Future” served as a mirror for young women in the audience—reflecting what is possible when opportunity meets empowerment. Beyond the achievements of the speakers, the heart of the program was its message: women belong in tech, not just as participants, but as pioneers. Hosted by Mary Nicole Grajo, the program moved with depth, clarity, and a shared sense of urgency. As Grajo introduced each speaker, the audience responded with attentiveness—an indication that this dialogue was long overdue and deeply necessary. The event was made possible through the support and partnership of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), DIWA, ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB), Koronadal ICT Council, South Cotabato ICT Council, SPEED IT, and Eulap Digital Corporation. As a company built on innovation, Eulap believes that true progress means no one gets left behind. That’s why women empowerment is not a one-off campaign—it is embedded in the way we work, lead, and design our future. In celebrating Women’s Month, we do more than honor the accomplishments of women—we affirm their right to dream, to lead, and to code the future.

DICT Region XII Kicks Off Startup Talk Series 2025 with Clint Junsay on the Power of Technology in Business Success

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region XII officially launched the Startup Talk Series 2025 today, bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and startup founders for an insightful discussion on how technology and systems play a crucial role in business success. Kicking off Session 1 of the highly anticipated series was Clint Junsay, Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Eulap Digital Corporation and Co-Chairperson of the South Cotabato ICT Council. With years of expertise in digital transformation, Junsay shared valuable insights on how businesses—whether small or scaling—can leverage technology to remain competitive, efficient, and future-ready. Technology as the Great Equalizer In his keynote, Junsay emphasized how technology levels the playing field for startups, allowing them to compete with larger enterprises. “Technology is the great equalizer. It enables startups to scale without requiring massive investments in manpower or infrastructure,” he explained. He discussed how integrating digital systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making helps businesses reduce operational inefficiencies and enhance customer experiences. Citing real-world examples, he demonstrated how startups that embrace technology early on tend to outperform competitors who rely on outdated processes. Key Takeaways: The Role of Systems in Business Success Junsay highlighted three critical reasons why having a structured system is essential for startups: Scalability Without Chaos – Digital tools like cloud computing and ERP systems help businesses expand without losing operational control. Data-Driven Decision Making – CRM and analytics tools empower businesses to make informed choices, improving efficiency and profitability. Competitive Edge Through Innovation – Businesses that invest in technology can adapt faster to market shifts and customer needs. He underscored the risks of failing to implement the right systems, emphasizing how many businesses struggle—or even fail—due to financial mismanagement, lack of automation, or poor customer experience. Empowering Entrepreneurs for the Digital Future The event, held via Google Meet, was attended by business owners, tech enthusiasts, and students eager to explore the opportunities that technology presents. Participants actively engaged in discussions, asking questions about software solutions, funding for digital transformation, and how to future-proof their businesses. DICT Region XII officials commended Junsay for his engaging and practical insights, reinforcing the department’s commitment to fostering a thriving startup ecosystem in SOCCSKSARGEN and LaMa.
