Eulap Digital Corporation is set to participate in the 3rd Cybersecurity Conference 2025 organized by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region XII on October 24, 2025, at The Farm @ Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, in celebration of Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

With the theme “Securing Digital Futures, Bridging Policy, Innovation, and Collaboration,” the conference brings together leaders from government, industry, and the academe to advance regional cybersecurity awareness and strengthen collective defense against emerging digital threats. It serves as a vital venue for policy alignment, knowledge sharing, and multi-sectoral cooperation.
Eulap Digital Corporation has been invited as one of the distinguished sponsors, reflecting its strong role in technology-driven transformation across SOX. Eulap will also mount an exhibitor booth to feature its digital governance platforms for LGUs, enterprise tools for MSMEs, and integrated systems for schools.
Message from Clint Junsay, Eulap’s VP for Marketing and Communications and Co-Chair of the South Cotabato ICT Council
Clint Junsay highlighted that cybersecurity has become a foundational requirement for development and governance, not merely a technical add-on.
“Cybersecurity used to sound like a technical concern. Today it is a national concern. Every institution, from schools to hospitals to local governments, faces digital risks that can disrupt lives and services. As organizations move toward digital systems, we must match that progress with the right level of protection.”

Drawing insight from Eulap’s work with global technology leaders such as AWS and Fortinet, he stressed the importance of evolving with the threat landscape.
“Cyber threats today are more sophisticated and more aggressive. We need to build a culture of awareness, readiness, and discipline. A resilient digital environment requires both innovation and strong security practices.”
He emphasized that cybersecurity is strongest when sectors move together.
“Progress is never achieved in isolation. The government, private sector, and the tech community need to work side by side. Our defense improves when we invest in capability building, awareness, and updated security tools. Collaboration is essential.”
Junsay also called on the national government to strengthen cybersecurity readiness with the same seriousness applied to disaster preparedness.
“The same way we prepare for natural disasters and take steps to reduce losses before they happen, we should do even more to safeguard the country from cyberattacks. A major cyber incident can cripple government services, compromise hospitals, halt businesses, and damage public trust. Prevention is always more practical and more affordable than recovery.”
He concluded by emphasizing the purpose behind these efforts:
“We protect our data, we protect our systems, and ultimately, we protect our people. A secure digital ecosystem is the foundation of inclusive and sustainable growth.”

Strengthening Regional Cyber Resilience
Eulap sees its participation in the 3rd Cybersecurity Conference 2025 as a meaningful step in helping build a smarter, safer, and more secure digital environment in SOX. Through its continuing work with DICT Region XII, Eulap remains committed to promoting responsible digital transformation grounded in security, awareness, and long-term planning.
Preparations for the event are underway, and Eulap looks forward to contributing to this important regional initiative.
