      ERIC NIÑO SAN GABRIEL       VP for Customer Service and Support Eric brings a diverse blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role as the Vice President for Customer Experience and Support at Eulap. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, majoring in Information Technology from De La Salle University. Eric is a certified Java Programmer and holds additional certifications in digital advertising. Since joining Eulap in 2013, Eric has played a crucial role in developing cloud-based systems and customer loyalty programs, showcasing his deep knowledge of multiple programming languages and cloud platforms. His previous roles include co-founding SCDL Social Media Management Inc., where he spearheaded the development of responsive and e-commerce websites, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Groova, focusing on cutting-edge Android applications. Eric’s leadership at Eulap is characterized by his dedication to refining customer service frameworks, ensuring that technology solutions are closely aligned with user needs and enhance customer satisfaction. His extensive background in system administration, combined with a proactive approach to customer experience, positions him as a pivotal figure in driving Eulap’s operational success.

  JUNEM REPOLLO VP for Technology Junem Albert E. Repollo has a rich history of technical leadership and project management, having spearheaded numerous IT projects across various organizations. His recent role as an L3 Application Support Lead at SID Global Services involved investigating and resolving complex customer issues, where he implemented a knowledge base for common problems, enhancing the customer support process. At Tata Consultancy Services, he significantly increased document migration rates by developing a custom tool that expedited the transfer from FileNet document management system to AWS, boosting efficiency from 1GB per week to 1GB per minute. His tenure as a Software Engineering Manager at MDI Novare was marked by strategic improvements in technical processes, which enhanced resource optimization and increased employee productivity by 30% through targeted training and mentorship. Educationally, Junem is well-prepared for his role in technology leadership, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Central Philippine University, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time at university, he was actively involved in the academic community, serving as the President of the Philippine Society of Software Engineering. This role not only honed his technical skills but also developed his leadership and organizational capabilities, preparing him for the complex challenges in the tech industry.       KRISTINE JAVELLANA       VP for Operations Kristine’s diverse background in healthcare and business management significantly enhances the operational dynamics of the company. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Philippine University in 2007, and she became a Licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines in 2008. She further expanded her qualifications by passing the NCLEX in 2009, becoming a Licensed US Registered Nurse. Continuing her academic journey, Kristine earned a Master’s in Nursing from Philippine Christian University in 2011. That same year, she took on significant roles in the business sector as a Manager and Board of Directors member at GRV Family Commercial, Inc., where she has been influential since 2011. In 2012, Kristine stepped into the role of President at GRV Marketing, overseeing the company’s strategic direction and growth. Kristine joined Eulap in 2019 as the Vice President of Administration and later transitioned to her current role, leveraging her extensive experience in management and administration to streamline operations and contribute to the company’s success. Her leadership is instrumental in ensuring that Eulap’s operational strategies align with its overall business goals, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and innovation in the tech industry.

     VINCE BARAN       VP for Marketing and Communications Vince Baran brings a comprehensive portfolio of experiences from various financial and auditing roles to his position as VP for Accounting and Finance at Eulap. His career is distinguished by a proven track record in roles such as Accounting Instructor, Sales and Marketing Officer, Internal Auditor, and CPA Consultant. His expertise is enhanced by his academic achievements; he holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Davao University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Since joining Eulap in April 2018, Vince has played a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategies and enhancing its market operations in Koronadal City. His efforts have significantly contributed to Eulap’s growth, securing new clients and developing targeted marketing strategies. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Vince is passionate about education, continuously sharing his knowledge as a part-time Accounting Instructor at Villamor College of Business and Arts since June 2016. Previously, Vince held significant positions at Solid Group Inc., where he served as Internal Audit Manager before rising to the role of Vice President for Sales and Marketing. His tenure at Solid Group was marked by significant achievements, including transitioning the audit processes to a risk-based approach and enhancing financial and operational controls. Vince’s professional journey is a testament to his dedication to excellence and his deep commitment to both the corporate and academic fields, making him a pivotal member of Eulap’s leadership team.

      CLINT JUNSAY         VP for Marketing and Communications Clint’s unique mix of creativity and strategic acumen significantly enhances the company’s branding and communications. With an extensive background in digital marketing and a sharp understanding of market trends, Clint is pivotal in refining Eulap’s public messaging and boosting its visibility in the market. He is fervent about community involvement and leads initiatives that underscore Eulap’s dedication to social responsibility. His leadership is vital in maintaining Eulap’s status as a leader in software development and digital transformation. Clint holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in Physics from Notre Dame of Marbel University. His educational journey began at Lamian National High School, where he graduated as Salutatorian in 1998. He will soon join St. Paul University Manila to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management. With twelve years of banking experience at Citi in Makati, Philippines, and the Development Bank of Singapore, Clint brings a strong financial background to his role. He served as the CEO of IT Avenue in South Cotabato from 2021 to 2024, overseeing the company’s marketing and rebranding efforts. Under his leadership, IT Avenue was honored as the 2023 Dangal ng South Cotabato Enterprise Integrity Awardee.

        LEMUEL JAVELLANA         President and CEO With a solid foundation in technology and leadership, the President and CEO of Eulap has been at the helm since 2011. Their leadership has propelled Eulap to the forefront of the software solutions industry, driving significant digital transformations across various sectors. Before their tenure at Eulap, they sharpened their skills as a Technical Consultant at Ayala System Technology Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and as a Project Manager at Leverage System Technology Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Their career in technology began as a Senior Software Developer at Asian Business Solutions Inc. from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their role at Eulap, they also lead Lemjone Agri-Grains Corporation as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board since 2017 and serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board at Starzel Unitrade Merchandise Incorporated since 2018. Their leadership extends across various industries, showcasing a diverse portfolio. Educationally, they earned a BS in Software Engineering from Central Philippine University, starting their academic journey at Notre Dame of Marbel University – IBED, where they completed both elementary and high school education. This combination of technical prowess and forward-thinking leadership ensures that Eulap continues to thrive and innovate, pushing the boundaries of the digital landscape while delivering impactful business solutions.

Rotary Club of Metro Koronadal Leads Major Coastal Cleanup in Celebration of Earth Day April 27, 2024 – In a significant environmental initiative, the Rotary Club of Metro Koronadal, under the leadership of President Denmark Bulan, orchestrated a large-scale coastal and underwater cleanup operation titled “Environmental Conservation & Outreach (ECO)” in Brgy. Tinoto, Maasim, Sarangani Province. The event saw the participation of 81 volunteers from various private and government agencies including EULAP Software Solutions, complemented by a symposium attended by 43 locals, fostering greater environmental awareness among the community. The dedicated volunteers managed to collect 80 sacks of garbage along the coastal area and an additional 60 sacks were retrieved from underwater by skilled scuba divers from across the SOX region. This cleanup drive, according to Mr. Bulan, was not only in response to the increasing need for environmental preservation but also as a part of the celebrations for Earth Day, which was observed globally on April 22, 2024. He emphasized the urgency of responding to environmental challenges and encouraged community involvement. Support for the event extended beyond local organizations, with significant participation from Eulap Software Solutions. Clint Junsay, Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Eulap highlighted the company’s commitment to community and environmental well-being, stating, “We participated in this initiative to affirm that we are more than just a software company; we are active community members.
